General Terms an Conditions
for usage of the online store www.lunovis.info by consumers

Scope
The following general terms and conditions are exclusively to the buisness relation between Gundula Green & Pamela Stanford Media and the customer at the date the order is placed. Different conditions require a written confirmation by Gundula Green & Pamela Stanford Media.

Delivery and damages during transit
Please inform you about the delivery times from the respective item page. The shipping costs to Germany and in the remaining states of the EU contain the german MwSt (VAT). On payment in advance the item/s are dispatched after we recieved the entire payment. Please note with that fact, that this leads to a longer delivery time (calculated from order date) according to the duration of the transaction. We will advice you as quickly as possible of serious delay of delivery. Then you are entitled to cancel that order independent of the legal revocation right.

Gundula Green & Pamela Stanford Media or the commissioned shipping company is liable for damage in transit. For shipments to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for the proper import payment of duty on his costs.

Retention of title
The product remains property of Gundula Green & Pamela Stanford Media up to the entire payment.

Completion of the contract
The bill of sale comes about by sending an order form and confirmation of this order. Contracting partner of the buyer is Gundula Green & Pamela Stanford Media, Solmsstr. 9, 10961 Berlin, Germany.

After sending the order, the buyer receives a confirmation of the order entrance with all data, our general terms and conditions, the instruction of the revocation rights and further information to the given e-mail address.

Payment
Delivery will occour on account or payment in advance (bank transfer) with new customers.

Warranty
No warranty is given in case of damage caused by improper use or handling of the product. Moreover, the warranty depends on the legal regulations.

National and international prices
The prices contain the legal german MwSt. (VAT) of currently 7% or 19% (according to the product) for products delivered to Germany and in the EU. By deliveries outside the EU we calculate net prices. Within the order process the price is calculated accordingly by entering the shipping address.
